 Cancellation

Please cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase to receive a refund. Please be advised that we can no longer accept cancellation requests  after 30 minutes or once your order is already in processing  or has  shipped . Sassy Chick will also charge a 10% cancellation fee from the total amount paid. This will serve as a merchant transaction fee charged by the bank and the store payment gateways.

Return Policy on Wig/ Bundles

To ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase, Sassy Chick now offers hassle-free returns on eligible purchases for a store credit. Please take the time to read the full details below of how returns are processed.

If for any reason you receive your wig and are unhappy with it, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. For returns you must  send a picture or video of your item, your order number, and a brief description of your issue to support@shopsassychick.com,

 

Requirements for Wig/Bundles  Returns

In order for your return to qualify for return, the wig MUST be unaltered, in factory perfect condition (for sanitary reasons). For example:

  • No lace that has been trimmed or cut from the unit.
  • Tags and original packaging are intact.
  • No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit.
  • No Adhesives or tape have been applied to the unit.
  • Hair has not been cut, trimmed, washed, dyed, permed, curled, flat ironed, combed or finger combed

All returned units must meet this criteria to qualify for a return. 

Please Note: Sassy Chick  reserves the right to refuse ineligible returns.

 

PRODUCT ISSUE

If there is an issue on  one of our supplier's  end,  meaning  that you were sent out the wrong product, damaged product , or the length, just send us a photo of the item you have received for quality control purposes to provide proof  of  the default product. We will gladly put in a dispute to exchange  the item  for the correct item. If the  issue is deemed the supplier/manufacturers fault, you will not be responsible for additional shipping or processing fees for the replacement. in this scenario,- you will  be sent the correct  product once you return the original  item and the original item is received without damage or alteration.  You  can opt to receive a store credit or exchange for the same value, if your item is no longer in stock , you will receive a refund  credited back to the original payment source.  In the event that you decide not to receive the exchange  for the corrected item that is in stock- you can receive a store credit. (You can use your store credit  to exchange or purchase  any items in  the store.) In the event that you will like to opt out of the exchange and store credit ,there will be a 25% restocking /processing fee deducted from your total refund amount. Once an  item has been shipped, -shipping is  non- refundable. 

We will give you return instructions . Do not return any items without the confirmation email approving your return.

ShopSassyChick.com gladly accepts the return of all eligible( intimate goods are not eligible for return) products no later than 7 days from the delivery date. Please note:  you may be responsible for the return/restocking fees on orders returned.

REPLACEMENTS

For products that are eligible for return or replacement: 

Items must be in its original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product)

INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

  • Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product.
  • Damaged packaging or product as well as discontinued, closeout, and last call items.
  • Hair Care items are not eligible for return if they have been altered, lace cut ,  or washed 
  • Charity donations added at checkout are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Ineligible products received by shopsassychick.com will be returned to you at your expense.

 If you would like to receive a different item  , you would need to return the original item to receive a Store Credit ,  with store credit  you may purchase any  item on the store.

 Please allow up to 7 days for any refunds. For our US and international customers, you have up to 7days after the delivery  date to report the issue. Please send an email to  support@shopsassychick.com with a picture , order number and issue. You will receive a response within 24 hours. If you did not follow the sizing chart provided on the site, you may still return the item, however please refer to the restocking/processing fee.

If Sassy Chick no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if the item is simply out of stock, Sassy Chick will issue you a refund back to your payment source.

RETURNED TO SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be charged a 15% restock fee.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received by the supplier/manufacturer.

Due to the current COVID-19  pandemic which has caused many unseen delays....,Currently Returns/ Refunds are given as store credit unless the issue is with inventory in which suppliers cannot provide the original purchased item. 

We Are Not Liable ( Sassy Chick) for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to our supplier's return address. Customers agree to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-salable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Sassy Chick's Return Procedure will be breached and Sassy Chick may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). Sassy Chick will not refund the original shipping charges to the customer. In addition, Sassy Chick may assess a 10% - 25% restocking fee or deduct the fee from the refund amount paid to the customer on all returns, subject to the Return Policy.  Sassy Chick reserves  the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the 10%- 25% restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

PACKAGING RETURNS

The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit. Please note that any damage caused by mishandling, improper installation or product defacement will result in your return being denied and the product being returned to you.

Sassy Chick does NOT charge for restocking fees for returns of defective products, if you received the wrong product,  or our supplier made some other shipping error,- provided the item is returned within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

TRACKING SHOWS ARRIVED

There’s not a whole lot we can do when the tracking info shows it as being delivered. Sassy Chick is  not liable for shipped products. You may check with everyone in your household as someone else might have brought it in for safety. Sometimes we have heard of a package going to a neighbor mistakenly or being left at a different/side door. In our experience, usually, the package is located. You will receive a tracking number to monitor when your package will be delivered.  You should first contact the mail courier that will be delivering your package - You  will receive a tracking number which will have the courier information. You may contact us at support@shopsassychick.com, we will do our best to help you locate your order.

SIZING EXCHANGE

We accept returns.... Any returns due to  second thoughts, unfortunately the processing /restocking fees may apply. You do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the Size Guide listed on the product pages. If unsure please measure or size up.

ShopSassyChick.com gladly accepts the return of all eligible products no later than 7 days from the date of delivery. You may be  responsible for the shipping/restocking fees  (this is depending on  the supplier /manufacturers policy ) 

Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

RESTOCKING /PROCESSING  FEE All items are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee on all  processed orders and returnable items within the 7 days of the delivery  date depending on their condition when returned , If Damaged  altered or used this fee will be subject to a fee up to 50%. 

If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned an item and you no longer qualify for the free shipping, you, the buyer, are responsible for paying  the return shipping cost.

For example, if you spent $110 but returned an item(s) that cost $40, you no longer qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is for orders over $99, your order total is now $70 after your return. Therefore, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

What is a reasonable restocking fee? It is the percentage of the item’s price depending on the type of item and condition when it is returned. Many of our suppliers' stocking fee is 10% but can go up to 25%.

Hair Care items (Wigs, Bundles) are not eligible for return if lace has been cut. No refunds/exchange for hair being installed, cut, dyed, lace cut, washed or any damage & process, please understand)

Due to hygiene and health issues, we do not accept returns for intimate ware products such as panties, sleepwear, and lingerie products.

Charity donations added at checkout are not eligible for return/refund.

Ineligible products received by ShopSassyChick.com will be returned to you at your expense.

RETURN ADDRESS:

If you wish to return the item(s) , please send us an email first and one of our support team will get back to you within 24 hours to send it to the correct address.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Also note that you may be responsible for any return shipping cost 

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Your original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you  if your item is returned.CROSS SHIPPING

We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected and approved before we ship a replacement.

REFUSING DELIVERY

Refused shipments are treated like regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.

PREPAID CARD, GIFT PACKAGING & MEMBERSHIPS

Purchases for prepaid cards, gift packaging and memberships are not eligible for return.

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS

Special order products are not eligible for return.

 

MAY I RETURN MY SASSY CHICK  PRODUCTS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

You must always contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

 

DISCLAIMER

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights and remedies under any law.WHAT WE NEED TO PROCESS A REPLACEMENT/RETURNS.

  • A picture of the wrong/damaged item.

Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.
