Your order can take 3 to 5 business days to process, However we normally process orders in 24 hours Excluding Weekends. Typically you will receive your order within 7-10 business days unless there are un for seen delays. Synthetic hair products can take longer. If there is a delay you will be notified by email.
Note: Special Buys, Novelty Products, Pre- Orders and Certain Wig products tend to have longer shipping times anywhere from 7- 30 business days, you will receive a confirmation & tracking email keeping you up to date on your order and when you should expect receive your order.

- If you are in the USA, your order will arrive within 7 to 10 business days after fulfillment. ( meaning after payments are cleared and your ordered is packed and ready for shipment by our suppliers/ manufacturers )
Flat Rate International Shipping: starting at $10.99 + additional items may incur additional shipping fees according to weight.

Free Shipping on select products and with special promotions, only applicable for US orders - no code required.
Please note that Shop Sassy Chick is not responsible for unforeseen delays occur due to mailing volume of shipping carriers, public holidays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address, unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery.)
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system and processed with the manufacturer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Some products cannot be delivered to a P.O Box.
TRACK MY ORDER
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been shipped from the Manufacturer/Supplier. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided. Note: There are times that the tracking numbers may change while being updated by the logistic provider. If there is a question about tracking you can contact us at email@example.com
Remark: all products are not shipped from the same supplier/warehouse so you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Lost/Missing Orders: Please note that Shop Sassy Chick will not be accountable on orders that have shipped an marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier immediately if you find out that your order(s) is lost or missing.
TRACKING SHOWS ARRIVED
There’s not a whole lot we can do when the tracking info shows it as being delivered. You may check with everyone in your household as someone else might have brought it in for safety. Sometimes we have heard of a package going to a neighbor mistakenly or being left at a different/side door. In our experience, usually, the package is located. You will receive a tracking number to monitor when your package will be delivered. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will do our best to help you locate your order.
Please cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase to receive a refund. Once your order has been processed, unfortunately we can no longer cancel your order. There will be a 10% processing fee deducted for cancellations. If issued a store credit - there will be no processing fee. To get you products to you as fast as possible, we aim to process your order the same day within a span of 3-5 hours- maybe a little longer if its the weekend. so please contact us within that time frame.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shop Sassy Chick is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect delivery information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 3 hours of purchase. However please understand that once your order is already assigned to a print facility or your items are shipped, we can not cancel or change the order at this stage.
We understand that you want your products shipped out as quickly as possible. .
Here is how how T Shirt production works.:
When an order is placed it can take several hours for this order to be batched into our system. Our system will batch orders every 4 hours. Once this order is in our system it goes to the manufacturer printers.
- Order is Assigned a Print Facility: Once your order has been assigned to a print facility the order is printed and sent out onto production . Once your order is in this phase we can not cancel or change the order.
- Packaging and Shipping: Once a printed, the item is packaged. Once packaged a shipping label is printed and the package is placed in a shipping bin to be picked up. Printing a shipping label triggers the tracking number will be emailed to our customers. The shipping details are not updated till the carrier picks up the package and it is scanned at the sorting center. This could take 12-24 hours for the scans to show.
- Production Times: Please understand these are estimates and are not a guarantee on exact times. So many factors can play a role in these times that it is hard to give an exact number of days for each item. We use these as guidelines only. The best thing to do is to email us at email@example.com if you are looking for an order or during a specific time of the year and we can better assist you.
During off-peak months orders are processed within 3-5 business days on average and ready for shipping.
During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 7-12 business days one average and ready for shipping.
Year to year can be different. However, we use these times of the year as our peak times. Keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall delivery times for orders.
